Reynout currently is Chief Operating and Financial Officer (COO/CFO) at Jones Lang LaSalle Netherlands where he leads the operations of the dutch JLL business. Over the past years he has led the change management process in a wide range of organisational changes varying from the implementation of the governance framework under Sarbanes Oxley, to the acquisition and integration of the biggest take over of a Real Estate advisory firm in the dutch market and the outsourcing of the finance function to a shared service center in Warsaw. Working closely together with a team of specialist in the areas of HR, Finance, IT Procurement, Legal and Compliance and Facility Management, Reynout has a leading role in building a strong local footprint of JLL and translating the corporate strategy into the Dutch business. Reynout took on the COO role next to his CFO responsibilities in 2012. Next to leading the business services operations he has successfully contributed to the growth of the Dutch business into a profitable operating unit. He further played a key role in connecting the Dutch business to the international JLL platform.
Before joining JLL, Reynout worked as a finance manager at Coca Cola enterprises Netherlands, as business controller at PinkRoccade (ICT sector) and started his career at Pentascope as Consultant/Interim Manager.
Reynout studied in Rotterdam, where he graduated in Business Administration. In Amsterdam he added the IMA Certified Management Accountant (CMA) and a Certified Finance Manager (CFM) program to his curriculum.
